VRT O&I is the research group of the Flemish public broadcaster. They are really gaining momentum. After more than a full year of research, VRT wanted to investigate if the research agenda is still focused enough.
CleverLions did interviews on the scene, looked at the research and was a challenger on the table. After a month and a half brainstorming en arranging the data the group came up with a new model to look at future projects.
At the same time CleverLions was asked to take a look at the structure of the creative agency of the VRT, and the distribution model of the broadcaster.
